GOP - ATP Rule

Summary:

Business wanted On-Hand and In-Transit supplies to be considered by GOP engine or even Backlog management engine when orders are scheduled.
However, We noticed that Transfer orders are created, but were not shipped yet, still GOP is looking at it as an in-transit supply. This supply was showing in ‘Review Supply Availability’ screen in GOP.

It should not be In-transit until the Transfer order is shipped at the source location.

Part of ATP Rule —> Selected Promising mode (Supply Chain availability search) > Supply types ( Onhand & Intransit supplies) & Demand Types (Fulfillment lines)

Is this expected behavior in GOP ?
