Requisition status

Summary: Requisition Status always shows Open - **** (Open - posted, Open - Expired, Open- Filled) even after filling the requisition. This makes reporting difficult. Suggestion to remove the "open" once the posting expires, fills, is cancelled etc. as the REQ is no longer open.
