Requirement for creating a searchable dropdown field in Expense Page

Currently, while submitting the expense the "Templates" field lists all the templates for various business units. But we need addition of a new field called "Templates" so that the, users can give
input keywords into the template, so it will displays a corresponding list of templates based on the input.
