Not able to see talent profiles from quick action in redwood for the employee hired after July month

I'm able to see talent profiles generated in Person Spotlight page and using global search.

The talent Profile are only generated for employee hired in the month of June

My client Group→ Person spotlight: Talent profiles are generated for new hires

But when i navigate from My client Group→ quick action→ talent profile: No talent profile is created for new hire and the HR had view all Global data role, employee role

Below profile option are also created and enabled

HRT_CREATE_PROFILE_FOR_NEW_HIRE and enabled profile option for site level as Y in Manage admin profile page
