Impact of changing the default currency precision.

Summary:

The seeded precision for JPY currency is 0, but when we try loading the journal batch for JPY, on conversion ( the functional currency is NGN)

it is causing huge rounding differences, on using the correction spreadsheet also it is not working. We modified the precision to 2, and uploaded and made corrections and it went through.

What we want to know is, what is the impact of changing the precision from '0' ( which is default/seeded) to '2'
