Unable to get subinventory in Pretransformation rule

We are creating a pre-transformation rule to default a Scrap subinventory based on order type. The Scrap subinventory is newly created. But the subinventory is not being available when trying to create the pretransformation rule.

The issue has appeared after the 24C release. Prior to this, we were able to define the rule without any issue.
