Can we prevent talent review meeting notes showing to the employee?
Summary:
When preparing for a talent review meeting, a manager can leave a note about their employees. If they select the visibility as 'everyone' this note will appear on the employees public feedback page. The same applies when a note is given to a participant during the actual review meeting.
Can we set the security of the notes so they are only visible from within talent reviews?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
The options on the drop down menu are not very clear - a manager could easily mistake 'everyone' to mean everyone in the talent review meeting, not everyone in the organisation. Especially as the title is "note" not feedback.
