We are looking for advice on how to set Work Experience" Block mandatory in Job Application Flow. Specifically, I want to ensure that candidates cannot proceed through the application process without entering their work experience.

Has anyone implemented something similar? What would be the best approach to enforce this requirement within the application flow? Are there any best practices or potential challenges I should be aware of?
