Global Deployment by Oracle for Weely Maintenance Pack Question?

Hello.

Typically, when Oracle releases WMP, we have the choice to deploy it immediately or wait for the next quarterly update (roll ups). With our 3 environments (Dev, TST, and PRD) running on 24C, Oracle recently performed a global deployment of WMP7 and was implemented in our Dev environment on 8/22. Does Oracle also plan to deploy WMP7 to our TST and PRD environments? If so, when will we receive the scheduled dates for these deployments? Or it up to us to manage the deployments for TST and PRD?
