BI Analysis Output Has Parameter and Line Counts Information

Summary:

Based on audit requirement, user need Analysis report's output has following information:

1. View of the headers to see all the parameters selected for the report;

2. Time and date when the report was run("UTC" need to be added as the prefix);

3. Exported line counts;

4. Subtotal of amount column.
For type of Analysis report, the layout cannot be customized. Does Oracle have solution for this?
