DFF values in Compensation Plan

Hi Team,
We are working on Performance Calibration Work sheet. We have configured some DFF in HRA_EVALUATIONS and trying to bring this values in worksheet through Fast Formulas. But the values are incorrect. Attached is the FF. Can anyone please confirm if there is any miss in the formula.
