How to hide Confirmation message in confirmation page

We have a business requirement to hide the red-marked box on the confirmation page. We attempted to achieve this using Page Composer, but it affected other modules, and the reflow task was disabled, preventing us from reverting the original personalization. Can anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this?
