Not able to view Requisitions created by others in RSSP

Summary:

a) Using 24B, added POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV to Custom Advanced Procurement Requester.

b) Able to see requisitions created by others in classic SSP but not available in RSSP under my requisitions.
