We are able to create Help desk request, but it is not assigning to agents, we have configured only one queue is AUTO and reamaing as Manual.

When we are trying to assign the request maually to the agent it errored out as 'Can't update request<html><body> Exception in expression "sitedef.oracle.apps.crm.service.svcMgmt.srMgmt.model.entity.SrResourceMemberResourceEO__DefCustomizer__" trigger "TIF_NEW_TEAM_MBR" : java.lang.NullPointerException : Cannot invoke method setAttribute() on null object<br/> at "sitedef.oracle.apps.crm.service.svcMgmt.srMgmt.model.entity.SrResourceMemberResourceEO__DefCustomizer__" trigger "TIF_NEW_TEAM_MBR" line 4<br/> <br/> </body></html>'.
