Notify an employee that a task has been reassigned

Hi community,

I reassigned a task from a previous manager to a new manager, the task has been assigned correctly but no notification arrived to the new manager. How can I trigger the notification to the new manager?

I have flagged the "When task is assigned or reassigned" but it did not work.
