We want to derive the “Workforce compensation” merit cycle based on the performance rating.
We are setting up a Workforce Compensation merit cycle in Oracle Fusion, and we would like to derive merit increases based on Performance Ratings. Specifically, we want to define the percentage increases for each performance rating category. For example:
- Outstanding: 5%
- Exceeds Expectations: 4%
- Meets Expectations: 2%
- Below Expectations: 0%
Could you guide us on where we can configure this information to automatically apply these percentage increases based on the employee's performance rating in the system?
