We are setting up a Workforce Compensation merit cycle in Oracle Fusion, and we would like to derive merit increases based on Performance Ratings. Specifically, we want to define the percentage increases for each performance rating category. For example:

• Exceeds Expectations: 4%
• Meets Expectations: 2%
• Below Expectations: 0%
