Platform doesn’t allow us to create 2 activities (at same day and at the same time)
Hello everybody,
we encountered a problem after we have applied a workaround to satisfy a client request.
The client has got two kind of instructor:
1. Internal and external instructor. Internal instructors are hired as employees and are mapped as employee in the platform (Core HR). Instead, external instructors are nonworker and are mapped as nonworker in the platform (Core HR).
2. External instructors haven’t got Active Directory so we can’t do the integration with MS Teams. Actually, the client can’t hire external instructors as employees.
To solve this problem we found the following workaround: we created an Instructor- Led Offering with an activity that has 2 instructor (1 external and 1 internal).
