Is it possible to update the Attributes listed in the Job Code selection on a Requisition?

Summary: When creating a requisition manually, there is an option to create by Job. This allows the user to select a Job Code to build the requisition from. By default this has Job Family listed. I have heard that this is configurable and have been asked to change from Job Family to Job Grade.

Can job family be swapped out to display job grade instead?

I've searched through the Oracle docs but have not been able to find anything to show how to change this configuration.
