Average cost for expense items

Summary:

Hi Gurus,

I have a Scenario where client have an item which should not be considered as part of Stock and Inventory Valuation, but needs to be Average costed.

If I create an item with Inventory Asset Value as No and stocked as No .This will be treated as expense item. Will Oracle Fusion supports the average costing for the Expense items

Or what's the best way to achieve this requirement.
