By using Salary amount is determined by rates need to configure bonus eligibility with basic salary.

Hi ,

The client requires that if an employee's basic salary is less than 20,000, they should be eligible for a bonus component. If the employee qualifies, the bonus component should display the amount of their monthly basic salary as a Annual Bonus.

I'm currently using the "Salary amount is determined by rates" option in the salary basis type. How can I achieve this?

Note: The data must flow from Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to Compensation.
