What all transactions or business process is covered in SSP and Purchasing License?

I would like to understand of what all transactions or business process is covered in SSP and Purchasing License for example :

Can we see receipt accounting entries?

Can we setup supplier catalog?

Can we leverage agreements?

like this if all the transactional process details if someone can help with will be great help to take a decision.
