Redwood UI Person EIT access based on roles

Summary:

Hi Experts

We have a requirement to restrict Person EIT fields based on the role like Employee should only be able to view the details and HR should be able to edit/delete and add the details.

Currently in VBCS I'm not able to find any option to make it readonly through VBCS.

Please provide a guidance or feasiblity.
