RSSP - Non Catalog Request Button when search yields no results

Summary:

Hello, I am looking into the use of VB Studios and one of the things I managed to do was remove/hide the Non Catalog Request button from the homepage of the new My Requisitions screen.

We were then testing out the search function and identified that if you search for something and don't get any results, another Non Catalog Request button appears. I have tried to remove/hide this via VB Studios, however so far I haven't been able to. Just wondering whether anyone else has encountered this and whether you have managed to resolve it.
