If the order creation FBDI template or order creation REST API payload contains Allow Item substitution flag as Yes and orders are imported into Oracle in submitted status, then does GOP automatically substitute the item while scheduling if the ordered item stock does not exist? If automatic substitution is not supported, then does it at least allow to replace the item from fulfillment workbench?

We have B2B, Drop ship and standard sales order flows in scope.
