Update to lines that were part of ship set, but not shipped due to physical unavailability

Need ability to update the lines that were part of ship set, but not shipped.

1. There is a seeded message DOO_PRCOR_SHIPSET_BREAK_REVISE (Message Number = 2685991) that can be accessed via Manage Messages
2. The Translation Notes is "Consider a shipment set having 3 order lines. If only one of the lines is shipped, the other 2 lines are removed from the shipment set. However, further changes are not allowed on those 2 lines as they were part of the shipment set that has a shipped line. This error is displayed if there is an attempt to revise such lines."
