Bypass Offer - Stop Notifications (Bell and Email)

Summary:

Recently, whenever we set up a Requisition to "Bypass Offer"; the workers on the Hiring Team are receiving a notification that the Offer was extended. My HR team does not want the notices of the offer. This bypass worked for us until recently, but now the bell/email notices are pushed from the system.

• Create Requisition - select the bypass offer option
• Extend Offer (notification is here)
• Accept Offer
• Move the candidate to HR

Does anyone have an idea why the notifications are triggering?
