Fast Formula to extract information from Core HR

Hello everyone,

At the request of one of our clients, we need to create and use a FAST formula to retrieve, within the Workforce Compensation Plan, a data contained in an a field of an extensible flexfield that we created in "Additional Personal Info" page.

Do you have any suggestions on this, or have you ever developed similar FAST Formulas?
