Retro is not triggering for Rehire Employee

Summary:

For Rehire employee rehire employee is not triggering,
Employee rehire date = 4/8/24, we are on weekly payroll.
We have two OTL entries 8/4/24 to 8/10/24 and 8/11/24 to 8/17/24. and the submission date is 8/20/24 for both the Entries.
when we are running the Transfer time card process, we can see whose entry is in the calculation card and in the Element entry but when are running the Recalculate retroactive change. we can see it's not picking any data for 8/4/24 to 8/10/24.

we have checked the event group and event notification, and we haven't seen any entries for rehired employees. Can you please suggest to me what could be the issue? Thanks in advance
