One item to update is the FTC Ban on Non-Competes that was to take effect on September 4th. There was a court ruling handed down on 8/20 that states the ban is unenforceable and applies nation wide. You can read about the ruling here -

You may have already notified individuals that their non-compete's are no longer in force, when in fact they still may be enforced based on the court ruling. I'm sure there's more to come on this topic and we'll try to keep you updated.
