Guided Journey not visible in UI after publishing in VBS

Summary:

I created a Guided Journey for the Add Department Redwood page with task type as Video. Then edited the Add Department page in VBS. The video played in Preview mode and the Publish was also successful.

Now when I navigate to Add Department page via My Client Groups → Departments → Add Department, the Guided Journey is not seen. Has it got anything to do with access or any other step need to be followed?
