Inconsistent Prompt Behavior in RSSP When Adding Requisitions to Cart

In Responsive Self-Service Procurement (RSSP), I've noticed an inconsistency when adding requisitions to the cart:

  • Scenario 1: When I create a requisition with supplier information filled out, I receive two prompts: "View Cart" and "Create Another Request."
  • Scenario 2: When I create a requisition without supplier information, I only receive the "View Cart" prompt.

It seems that the determining factor for the additional "Create Another Request" prompt is whether supplier information is provided. This inconsistency is causing some confusion.

Could you please clarify if this behavior is by design? If it is, could you explain the rationale behind it? Otherwise, could this be a bug?
