Change Verbiage of Per Diem Policy Options

Hi Team,

We have three options for our per diem policy:

1. Include in Rate
2. Free
3. Expense

We'd like to remove the "Expense" option and update the terminology as follows:

• Change "Include in Rate" to "Eligible for Per Diem"
• Change "Free" to "Included in Hotel Rate"

Could you please outline the necessary steps to implement these changes?
