Is it Possible to add URL or Hyperlink on "Add Absence" Redwood page using VB Studio in HCM?

Summary:

One of the customer have requirement to add URL/Hyperlink on ESS "Add Absence" Redwood page. But, as i have observed that "Add Absence" page do not have any extendable components or Dynamic Containers so this kind of customization is not possible in VBS. Is that correct? or is there any other way to achieve this?
