Configure legal disclaimer to be "not mandatory" when applying

Hello all,

can we configure the legal disclaimer to be optional? Our client wants to use the legal disclaimer in a way that when you check it, you agree to an extended data storage. If not, your data will be kept for a shorter period of time. Thus, they want to show the legal disclaimer but the candidate should be able to skip it.

Question: I dont see any such setting on the application flow. Campaign and Job Alert Opt-In are optional, it would be great if we could decide the same for the legal disclaimer as well.

Is this something that can be achieved in the career page configuration section?
