Currently, it's necessary to navigate to individual OIC integrations to view their respective Open API endpoints. This can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially when dealing with numerous integrations.

Proposal:
Implement a centralized catalog or directory within the OIC instance that provides a comprehensive list of all available Open API endpoints. This catalog should include:

• Endpoint name
• Description
• URL
• HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, etc.)
• Required parameters
• Optional parameters
• Response formats
• Authentication requirements (if any)
