Summary:
I've created a notification with a category "Job offer accepted notification", and linked it with the Accepted State in Offer phase in CSP, with a conditions (Job application is internal & Job application is external) but still the candidate is not receiving any notifications.
Note: Job Offer is bypassed in the CSP
