How to set customer order number structure

Hello All

My client had customer names using many characters. So when entering to the orders pages on the top of the page of processing orders - order number is a combination of customer name , order number and the order status.

Due to that the order numbers cannot be seen at the pages (only part of the customer name) which is necessary for the users

Is there a way to control how the order number can be seen at the order pages ?
