Manage Business Units update to who columns

Summary:

I am trying to find out the changes done to the Manage Business Unit setups from the last updated date and last updated by. But I see that when anyone changes the status of the Manage Business Unit i.e. the Active flag , this is not captured in the who columns. There is no changes in the last update date and last updated by only if this flag is changed. Do we have any other column in the Manage Business unit table where we can see changes to the status of the BU.
