Run Retroactive Entries Report is not generating if Payroll relationship group is selected.

Summary:

When we are running the retro report, the is data. But when we are selecting the payroll relationship group, there is no data.

For this relationship Group we used fast formula, and the condition is If assignment category as " **** " and Worker Category as " YYY " at the time report should not generate the output.

The employees are not falling in this condition. so, this should generate report, but it is not generating.
