Suppliers are not receiving remittance advice
Summary:
I've a customer who moved to 24C in August, since then remittance notices are not being received by suppliers - they are all reporting not receiving them, not just some.
When I checked the log file I can see this error:
iby.shared.util.ess.program.common.util.SRAAndPayerNotif.doElectronicProcessing()::Warning: error returned from BIP delivery: EMail Delivery Status: Message has been successfully sent to all addresses., Code=0_
I've raised an SR and was advised to change some proxy settings, however the customer does not use a proxy to issue the emails. I've replied on the SR with the same but is anyone else experiencing this since 24C?
