Percentage Element in Compensation Plan

Summary:

Hello,

I'm creating individual Compensation Plan, and I don't find the Element with as a Percentage type (Percentage input value)

Is it normal behavior or a mistake in the Element setup ? It's an important requirement for the client to allocate percentage Element type within a Individual Compensation plan.
