REST API to load DORs

We have requirement to load DORs along with file attachments using REST API.

We wanted information on the below items
- How many attachments(files) can be added to a single DOR.
- From oracle notes we got to know that we can load up to 2GB file in a Document of Record. we believe this limit is applicable for API loads as well. Is this limit per file in a DOR or over all limit for a DOR.
eg: IF a DOR has 5 files attached then this 2 GB limit is the overall file size of these 5 files or 2GB per file?
