Is there any possibility to send the PO details or PO PDF Report once the PO is approved to vendors with any specific email address by removing instance workflow mail ID.

We want to send the mails from specific mail id by removing the workflow mail Ids. Could you please suggest if there is any way or setup to configure this condition.
