My instance was stopped even being Always Free

I was using the free trial version of Oracle and received this email:


It's in English and Portuguese, but you can understand it.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

You can see in the email that it says that when my free trial ends, I would still have access to my Always Free Resources: "Your Always Free resources will remain available to you as long as you actively use your account.
I was using a FREE TIER INSTANCE that everyone knows about.

It's 4 OCPU and 24 GB RAM. So after the 6 days that you can see in the screenshot, my always free instance stops and when I try to restart it, I get this message: "Unable to start instance: instance ocid1.instance.oc1.sa-vinhedo-1.**************************************************************** is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."
