Purpose of the Compute Users with Large ACL process

Summary:

Can we please have an explanation of what the Compute Users with Large ACL process does and whether all Redwood customers have to run it? What is considered a large ACL?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we enabled Redwood for learning a few months back, this process was not part of the setup steps but it is now. Would be good to understand what it does and what the criteria is for a large ACL i.e. do we all have to schedule this process?
