AP Invoice restriction at user level

Summary:

We have a requirement that User A can "FIND", "VIEW", & "UPDATE" only those invoices which are created by Him, and USER B cannot access those invoices (created by User A)

Same with User B, He can access invoice that are created by him only.

can we achieve this functionality using single business unit.
