Supress FYI Notification to Buyer for Std PO created automatically by referencing BPA

a. BPA Is set up with a Buyer

b. Purchase Requistion once approved are automatically converted to a STD PO referencing BPA.

c. The Buyer in the BPA gets a notification once the Std PO is created.

d. We want to supress such notifications to buyer as there will be many requiistions created in a day and buyer doesn't need to be communicated about the same.
