Unpaid Leave integration with Payroll considering only salary basis

Summary:

I have defined the Rate defintion with rate contributor as Balance. I am feeding my balance with 2 elements Basic+ Bicycle Allowance. After attaching the rate definition to No entitlement Unpaid Leave, It is transfering the data to payroll calculation card and I could see my rate defintion.

However, Payroll run is considering only the Basis and ignoring the by cycle allowance.

The below metalink note is not helpful though I am setting the same priority to both Basic and Bicycle.

Fusion Applications - Global Payroll - Unpaid Leave Deduction Not Happening According To Rate Definition Attached, Considering Basic Salary

Howdy, Stranger!
