Facing Issue on adding new rule in HCM Experience Design Studio

Hi,

I'm facing a issue to add a new rule in "Worker Assignment" Business Object.

I have tried with some roles like

Application Administrator

Application Developer

Application Implementation Administrator

Application Implementation Consultant

Application Implementation Manager

And I have created a new role with privilage "FND_ADMINISTER_SANDBOX_PRIV"
