Requisition access to Hiring manager

Summary:

Is it possible to grant hiring managers access to a specific set of requisitions (e.g., those categorized under a recruiting type like "Pooled") without adding them as collaborators, regardless of the hiring manager's department or location?. We have pooled requisitions where all the manager should have access to those requisitions and candidates.
